    Work Responsibilities:
    ▪️ Handling end-to-end BPO recruitment.
    ▪️ Preliminary screening/ short listing of candidates through telecom/ personal meeting.
    ▪ ️Ensuring Background verification, documentations, negotiation on salary, notice period, offer approvals, rolling out Offer Letters.
    ▪ ️Handling joining, on-boarding, and induction process.
    ▪️ Handling exit interviews and Full and Final settlements.
    ▪️ Assisting employees in resolving queries related to human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
    ▪️ Focus on Employee Engagement activity.
    ▪️ Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

    Position: Telesales Executive

    ▪️ One to Two Years of prior experience in Tele sales. Telecom Products experience with Jio, Vodafone, Airtel any domestic Telecom experience would be an added advantage
    ▪️ Follow up with prospects to close deals

    Business Development/Sales Executive US Healthcare IT/Software Sales

    Eligibility :
    ▪️ 2 to 10 years of inside solutions sales experience specifically into US Healthcare IT software sales
    ▪ ️Degree level, equivalent education or proven Sectoral sales experience
    ▪️ Demonstrated ability to cold-call and prospect new business
    ▪️ Verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas/targets
    ▪ ️Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to uncover qualified leads
    ▪ ️Familiarity with current information systems technology and healthcare industry trends
    ▪️ Ability to demonstrate consistent and effective closing techniques throughout the sales cycle
    ▪️ Proven history of solutions-selling capability with strong consultative skills and an ability to craft business solutions to complex business problems
    ▪️ Exceptional presentation and communication skills
    ▪ ️Experience in business and IT strategies for health plans and Accountable Care Organizations is a plus.
    ▪️ Experience of working in a KPI driven environment
    ▪ ️Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations
    ▪️ Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills
    ▪️Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    🔹Penetrate into US Healthcare Market (Clinics/Hospitals/Individual Providers) etc. to SELL AI (Artificial Intelligence) based software which captures Voice mails.
    🔹Possess a deeper and wider knowledge of the product/service of US Healthcare. Use CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to aid client account management and sales process.
    🔹Good communication skills with ability to prepare proposals and effective presentations for clients.
    🔹Able to question effectively to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs to identify up-selling opportunities. Able to provide a range of targeted solutions to the customer.
    🔹Accurately summarize customer needs, identify BSI service and promote value and trust over price.
    🔹Get customer agreement to price and delivery and close sales.
    🔹Ability to handle client objections and use knowledge and experience to overcome concerns.
    🔹Able to plan on a short term basis (1-3 months) to achieve immediate performance goals.
    🔹Ensure the area of responsibility is delivering to plan. Identify propose changes/solutions to drive and increase targeted delivery
